Restorative Yoga Series - w/ Erika

Erika is offering a 6-week Restorative Yoga series to “UNDO”, starting Thursday, January 9. This workshop is suitable for all levels, with all mats and props provided.

You can sign up for the full 6-week series for $120 or drop in for $25 per class.

Starting Tuesday, January 7, join Tom Speare for a weekly class focused on combating stress and anxiety through effective, easy-to-apply techniques. The Tools for Today & Tomorrow program equips you with lifelong tools to manage life's challenges.

March Reiki Training - w/ Reinette

Mark your calendars for Friday, March 21 – Sunday, March 23 for the Holy Fire III: Level I & II Reiki certification course. This certification program provides a comprehensive introduction to Reiki healing techniques, enabling participants to channel energy for self-healing and the healing of others. The program includes both theoretical and practical elements, ensuring a deep understanding and hands-on experience in Reiki practices. Will include distance healing.
