Starting Tuesday, January 7, join Tom Speare for a weekly class focused on combating stress and anxiety through effective, easy-to-apply techniques. The Tools for Today & Tomorrow program equips you with lifelong tools to manage life's challenges.

Mark your calendars for Friday, March 21 โ€“ Sunday, March 23 for the Holy Fire III: Level I & II Reiki certification course. This certification program provides a comprehensive introduction to Reiki healing techniques, enabling participants to channel energy for self-healing and the healing of others. The program includes both theoretical and practical elements, ensuring a deep understanding and hands-on experience in Reiki practices. Will include distance healing.

Pelvic Floor Workshop - for Pelvic Floor Health

4 Part Class Series โ€“ Sundays in April 2025
1:00 โ€“ 3:00 PM @ Acadia Yurts, Southwest Harbor
Cost: $225 total, sliding scale available upon request

Learn about your pelvic floor and develop a home practice to care for your body. While relaxation techniques will be addressed, the focus is on strengthening and balancing the pelvic floor and surrounding muscles. Each class includes:

  • 90-minute practice featuring strengthening movements, relaxation techniques, correct breathing, and postural alignment to support the pelvic floor.

  • 30-minute discussion for sharing knowledge and exploring key topics.

This workshop also includes:

  • A 20-minute individual consultation with Erika to assess imbalances affecting pelvic floor function.

  • Access to a Facebook support group for ongoing questions and community support.

  • The option to join a monthly pelvic floor practice after the workshop has finished.

What Youโ€™ll Learn:

  • How to safely strengthen and relax your pelvic floor

  • Basic pelvic anatomy

  • Different methods for doing Kegels

  • The relationship between breath, posture, and the pelvic floor

  • How to check for abdominal separation

  • Strengthening the pelvis and surrounding musculature through movement

  • How to remain positive and love your body with prolapse and/or incontinence
